Shire of Wyalkatchem Business Plan - Medical Centre
Please be advised that the Shire of Wyalkatchem is entering into a Major Trading Undertaking regarding the Running and Management of the Wyalkatchem Medical Practice, Honour Avenue Wyalkatchem, as per section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995.
Under section 3.59 (4) of the Local Government Act 1995 the Shire of Wyalkatchem is required to release the Wyalkatchem Medical Practice Business Plan for Public comment for 6 weeks.
To obtain a copy of the Business Plan please review the Shire of Wyalkatchem Website. Alternatively contact the Shire Office on (08)9681 1166 or email general@wyalkatchem.wa.gov.au requesting that a copy be forwarded to you.
Submissions are to be directed to the CEO, Shire of Wyalkatchem, PO Box 224, Wyalkatchem WA 6485. All submissions must be received by close of business on Monday 3rd November 2008.
