Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) Questionnaire

As members of the community, people with disabilities, their families and carers have the same rights as other people to access the services and facilities of the Local Government. Members of the public are invited to comment on accessibility and inclusion to the Shire of Wyalkatchem services and facilities.

All information received will be used to update the Shire of Wyalkatchem DAIP. This document will need approval by Council, and when passed a copy will be place at the Shire Office and at the Disability Services Commission.
