Slocum Street Subdivision

This is a major residential development that has been on the books for sometime. Although progress has been slow, Landcorp recently agreed to re look at the merits of such a development.

The original project was for a subdivision of 40 blocks. It has now been recognised that the best way to develop this land is in stages. The current proposal is to develop the site in stages of 10-15 blocks.
