The Shire of Wyalkatchem seeks a suitably experienced person to join our team in the position of Manager Corporate Services.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, key reporting areas and portfolio responsibilities of this position includes, but not limited to; corporate finance, human resources, customer service, information technology and administrative functions for the Shire.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of local government practices and protocols included demonstrated understanding of WA Local Government Act 1995 and relevant regulations. The role requires a person who is proactive and self-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a busy work environment. Well-develop financial management and leadership qualities are essential requirements for this exciting role.
An attractive salary package of up to $135,254 will be negotiated with the successful candidate, dependent upon qualification and experience. This package includes a salary range of $70,000 to $95,000; subsidised housing and utilities; competitive superannuation scheme; private use of a vehicle plus other benefits.
