The Shire of Wyalkatchem Council has elected Cr Christy Petchell as Shire President and Ms Mischa Stratford as Deputy President.

The 2025 election result has been declared.

A Special Meeting of Council will be held to take declarations of office form new elected members, elect a President and Deputy President and conduct a ballot for seating arrangements.

The election of four councillors is underway and all residents are encouraged to vote.

All former councillors are invited to attend a Special Meeting of Council.
