It is with much sadness that the Shire of Wyalkatchem confirms that Dr Michael Cudjoe decided to cease providing medical services as of last Friday 28 June, 2024. On behalf of the Shire of Wyalkatchem and Dr Cudjoe’s patients, we would like to thank him for his professional services to our Community. We are pleased to confirm that we are in negotiations with another medical provider and working towards a start date of 6 – 8 weeks. Whilst we await a firm start date we will be refurbishing the Doctors residence and upgrading our Medical Facility. In the event that you should need to see a Doctor; Wongan Hills Medical Centre will take patients from Wyalkatchem.
