National Day of Mourning to honour victims of the Bondi Beach terrorist attack – Thursday 22 January 2026
At the request of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, flags across Australia are to be flown at half-mast to honour the victims and all those impacted by the Bondi Beach terrorist attack.
As a mark of mourning and respect, and in accordance with protocol, the Australian National Flag should be flown at half-mast on Thursday, 22 January 2026 by Western Australian Government entities and affiliated agencies.
Please join the Council and staff of the Shire of Wyalkatchem in offering respect to the victims of the Bondi shootings.
