Notice of Intention to Lease a portion of Lot 502 Hands Drive “Tzarina Loton”

In accordance with the provisions of Section 3.58 Local Government Act 1995, it is hereby advised that the Shire of Wyalkatchem intends to lease a portion of Lot 502 Deposit Plan 59823 “Tennis Club”, to Ms Tzarina Loton for a term of 1 year for the purposes of a Family Day Care service.

The proposed annual lease rental is $1 per annum.

The Shire is now inviting submissions on the proposed lease arrangement.

Submissions must be in writing and addressed to Sabine Taylor, Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Wyalkatchem, P.O. Box 224 Wyalkatchem WA 6485. Any submissions must be received no later than 4pm on Friday 13 June 2025.
