The Shire of Wyalkatchem is pleased to announce a Manager of Works has been appointed.  Mr Aldo Lamas, currently with the City of South Perth and previously the Shire of Toodyay,  has signed a five-year employment agreement and will commence 15 September. Mr Lamas will bring a very strong record in road building, infrastructure construction and maintenance and exceptional team leadership. Mr Lamas impressed the selection committee with his focus on community and his team and will apply his engineering abilities to deliver council's community plans.
