The Shire of Wyalkatchem invites residents to submit exciting, funny, interesting photos of the rodeo. You could win $100 for the best photo taken at this year's Wyalkatchem rodeo and it can be human interest, animal or action but must be taken at this year's rodeo. Please take NO pictures of children and get the permission of anyone who is identifiable and featured in your photo. There are two categories, pictures taken by an adult and those who are under 16 years with a $100 prize for the best of each category.  No entries will be accepted from Shire of Wyalkatchem staff or councillors. 

It's a condition of entry that all pictures submitted assign the copyright to the Shire of Wyalkatchem who may publish the pictures on the shire website, social media or printed publications. 

All entries are to be digital, in jpg or jpeg format no more than 4mb in size.

Please submit your photo along with your name and contact details by email to admin1@wyalkatchem.wa.gov.au by Friday 5 September 2025. If you're aged under 16 years, please state your age. No printed entries will be accepted. 

The winners will be chosen by your Council and the winners announced by September 19.
